BHUBANESWAR: The Department of Higher Education has decided to organize the Common Post Graduate Test-2022 (CPET-2022) for admission to all state public universities and PG colleges for the academic session 2022-23 from August 1 to 13 in three sessions.
In issuing a directive in this regard to the president, PG Council, of all public universities and directors of autonomous government colleges on Thursday, the Department of Higher Education said that each of the exams will last one and a half hours, separate timetables were awarded to general students and persons with disabilities.
For general students, exams will take place from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Students with disabilities will be granted 30 minutes compensatory time to complete their tests if they attend with the assistance of scribes.
All candidates will be assigned centers to take the tests and for this purpose, 26 test centers across the state have been identified.
The department has required institutions to appoint full-time faculty members as invigilators for the exam and in cases where there are not enough faculty members, retired teachers may be enlisted to this end. One supervisor will be appointed for every 20 students.
