Common App form. By completing a single form, student applications will be sent to 12 public schools and some private schools.

Exemptions will be available for eligible families and students unable to pay the application fee.

Pritzker said it would expand educational opportunities and make the college application process much easier at public institutions in Illinois. Pritzker also said it would encourage non-Illinois students to apply to Illinois schools for their college experience.
