The state government on Friday handed additional charges to Bandyopadhyay, Vice Chancellor of West Bengal University of Teacher Training, Educational Planning and Administration (WBUTTEPA), as VC of the DHWU.
“The authority has decided to assign Professor Soma Bandyopadhyay as office of the VC at Diamond Harbor University effective 15.01.22 in addition to his normal duties as Vice Chancellor of WBUTTEPA,” the notification reads.
Outgoing DHWU VC Professor Anuradha Mukhopadhyay has been appointed vice-chancellor of Sanskrit College and University, of which Bandyopadhyay was acting vice-chancellor.
